How to Book …
Simply visit our website at: www.tigercoachtours.co.uk or telephone our Newgate Office on the freefone number:
0800 587 4979 with your holiday request to check availability.

To confirm your booking – a deposit of £35 per person per tour is required.  The balance of your holiday is due 6 weeks prior to departure. 

Seating Allocation …
Requests for particular coach seats can be made on all our tours when booking but it is on a first come first served basis.

Special Requests …
Any special requests such as dietary, lift access etc should be made at the time of booking.  We will do our best to provide what you want however, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE IT. If fulfilment of your request incurs an extra charge then we will either invoice this to you prior to your departure or inform you that the charge will have to be paid locally.

Insurance …
For all UK holidays it is recommended that you take out Travel Insurance, however it is not an obligatory requirement. 

Departure Times …
It is advisable to be at your departure point at least 10 minutes earlier than the stated time on your Travel Ticket.  Tigercoachtours.co.uk nor Ellen Smith Tours will not accept responsibility should you miss your transport and the full holiday cost will still be charged.

Luggage …
On a British Tour we ask you to limit your luggage to one medium sized suitcase per person, weighing no more than 18kgs (40lbs).

Financial Security …
Your money is safe with Tigercoachtours.co.uk (as part of the Ellen Smith Limited Group)
As the law requires all monies paid by passengers are financially protected and secure.
We are fully bonded with the Bonded Coach Holidays Section of The Confederation of Passenger Transport.  BCH safeguards your money in the unlikely event that we cease trading.  You are guaranteed repayment of monies paid.  It also ensures the completion of your holiday if it has already started.

Customer Care …
We aim to provide you with great value holidays but in the event that a problem should arise, you must bring this to the attention of your driver whilst in resort or the hotel manager, so that the matter can be resolved whilst you are on holiday.  Please DO NOT wait until you return home.

Luxury Coach Travel …
All our coaches are 48 seaters with reclining seats, fitted seat belts – which MUST be worn at all times whilst the vehicle is in motion, toilet and washroom.

No Smoking …
For the comfort of all our clients, we do not permit smoking on board our coaches.
Regular refreshment stops are made during all of our holidays.

Next of Kin …
As part of our customer care policy it is an obligatory requirement to advise us of your Next of Kin details.  Your Next of Kin will only ever be contacted in the case of an emergency by a senior member of staff.
